Every day time races by – moments quickly escaping. Photographs allow me to freeze time and capture these meaningful experiences, making them a permanent image, a visual memory that we can share with friends and loved ones for years to come.

I received a camera from my dad in 1996 and found I was immediately intrigued by the light and imagery I was able to capture through the lens. This was the beginning of my journey with photography as my passion and my profession. I attended San Diego State University and graduated in 2006 obtaining a Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in painting and photography. With time, I realized that my true passion was photographing people. What I enjoy most is capturing activities people do with others or on their own that brings out the essence of their personality. To me, photography is a creative expression, a mirror image of emotion and experience.
